At a DUI DOG Rally & Demo Days everyone has a great time. SCUBA divers love to test dive our DUI Drysuits, DiveWear, BCS - Buoyancy Compensators, Weight & Trim Systems and lots more. Check out these photos of divers looking fabulous in their drysuits, enjoying lunch and just hanging out.

Rather than spend hours on a plane, Faith somehow managed to convince me that we’d be better off just staying local, and driving the DOG Truck over to Chicago instead of flying home for just a few days, and having to fly back. At the time, this sounded like a pretty reasonable thing. We actually got to sleep in until 8AM, before packing up and heading 2 hours north to visit Dave Kasper at Huron SCUBA, where we had been invited to give a talk about drysuits. Dave gave use the guided tour of the store, and a quick tour around his hard earned multiple “CORE” awards, which hold a well deserved place of honor in his facility.
We were greeted with a song…quite literally. Jessica and ???? sang what is officially the first drysuit song I’ve ever heard. It truly was quite an honor to have DUI immortalized in song, and to hear a rhyme for Telescoping Torso!!!
Wednesday
Driving the DOG Truck for most of the day…only along ground that is much more flat than previous days. Still can’t figure out the XM Radio that Alan left in the truck. A bit of good luck today, in that 2 of the 3 Weigh Stations along the way were closed, and the 3rd Station just waved me on through. Those places always make me really nervous, since I don’t really know the procedures. I basically just smile a lot and do The Office “Jim Halpert” face until they let me go on my way.
